I wrote my first question for a survey and need to add another. There's no "Add Question" prompt AND under Build no survey options appear. Help!

The survey block is specific to the survey page, and needs to be edited directly. Click on it to edit it and add questions. For step-by-step and visual guidance on building a survey page, see our main support article on the topic, also available in-account via the Help (?) icon.
