Adding new contact to a list

I used to be able to easily copy and paste an Excel list of email addresses into a CC list.  In their ongoing effort to change the system, it seems like that feature doesn't exist as it once did.  Can anyone tell me how to copy or transfer a list of email addresses (about 300) into a CC List.  What they have now is not intuitive.
