I use constant contact to send out weekly emails to my patients. I am adding several new patients a week. What is rhe best way to add these patients to the constant constant list other than manually adding one at a time?

If you're adding multiple contacts in a single go, I'd advise using either the paste/type multiple method or the import file method.
