Additional Contact email

Each of my contacts has a space to add additional emails for different people in the organization. When I send an email, do these contacts receive it as well or do I need to make each person in an organization a separate contact?

As unique email addresses are what denote a contact (and thus determines their sendability), you'd need to upload each individual email address as a separate contact, even if it's for the same person.
