Is it possible to setup an event where a person can register. Then later come back to the same registration link and cancel their attendance?

TerriB256, that's a great question for managing your event logistics!
Right now, people who signed up can't cancel their own attendance using the original link they registered with.
As the Account Owner or event administrator, you can manually cancel a registration from your Constant Contact account:
Go to your Event Dashboard.
Navigate to the Registrants section.
Locate the specific registrant you need to cancel.
Click the three dots next to their name and select Cancel registration.
Confirm the cancellation. Once canceled, this action cannot be undone.
If the registrant paid a fee, once the registration is canceled, you can process a refund using the payment processor (like PayPal or Stripe) they used. You would then update their payment status to "Refunded" and cancel their registration.
