We've had this account since 2009. I want to see a report that shows when the "Least Engaged" contacts actually engaged. As in an actual date that they last opened one of the emails. I have a 'standard' account now with CC...can I do this without upgrading to premium?

I'd advise utilizing the "Least Engaged" pre-built segment available in your account, and adding those contacts to a new list. Once added, you can view the individual contacts to see their engagement with your emails, including the last date they opened an email (if available).
