Email activities - You can choose from actions you took or didn't take, like sending or not sending an email, actions your contacts took or didn't take, like opening an email or not clicking on a link, and from different engagement levels.
I'm interested in email activities by the recipient / recipient's email -- like bounced as suspended.

We don't offer the ability to create segments based on whether anything sent to a contact has bounced (yet). Are you trying to get a better look at which contacts are bouncing? I've been talking with the Reporting team about building a "global" bounce report. The version that we have today is specific to individual emails.
Let me know if that's what you're looking for (or if you have a different use case).
