Attaching a ticket and add on to a multi -channel campaign

Depending on the ticket's file type, you can insert it as an image, or link to it as a document. The link for your sales event would be like any other link in campaigns, you'd simply choose whether you want it to be a text, image, or button link.

If using SMS messages in your multi-channel, you can include a link to the sales event as part of the SMS. MMS (e.g. images and other file types) can't currently be sent through our SMS tool.
