our company had someone manage our account but the authentication code is going to his cell how do we bypass?

If you have access to the email address associated with that login, you can reset the MFA preference from the login screen. If you don't have access to the email address used for the login, or are unable to reset from the login screen on your own, you'll need to call in to answer security questions live and get your account info securely updated by our support teams.
