Trigger is set to send email whenever new contact is added to the list.

New contacts get added to the list but no email is sent. Â

I am at the end of the rope dealing with this issue. We've used automated campaigns for a long time and have never had this issue. Constant Contact support has been no help.

I did take a look in your account and it appears you have created your Automated Series newsletters correctly. Your most recent Automated Series is connected to a list that currently only has one contact in it and it has sent out to that contact successfully. If you are still experiencing issues, please give us a call so we can share the screen with you to see exactly which Automated Series is not sending.Â
