Hi, I've just signed up for a free trial and would like to know if any of the plans include the ability to have automated emails go out after a customer has made an order (I'm with WooCommerce). Not directly on receipt of the order or on posting, because WooCommerce has that covered, but three months later to remind them to order again, that kind of thing?

I'd advise checking out our article on building automations around ecommerce customers. You can setup the automations to trigger based on certain parameters, and (for example) set a 90-day delay for the next step. The other option would be to have customers added to certain lists, in order to trigger list-join automations for follow-up.
