Being able to send out individual emails

If you're wanting to include unique promo codes for contacts, I'd advise using a custom field to import that info for their contact data, then make an email with that custom field coded to be included. That way, even if you later add a contact after initially sending out the email, you can use the quicksend function.

Your other option would be to setup an automation with a list-join trigger. Once you've imported a contact with that promo code filled in, add them to the list that triggers the automation, and they'll be sent the email featuring that inserted contact detail.
