Best Way to Verify Bulk Email List

I currently have a trail account and would like to upgrade to a regular account. The issue however is that I have a list of 18,655 emails that need to be verified before uploading to my account. Does Constant Contact provide this service (initial bulk email list verification), or do I need to do that with another company prior to uploading? Also, I've noticed a few email verification services that claim to be "integrated with Constant Contact" to keep my emails clean and verified. Are these integrated services actually worth their monthly fees?
