I have a contact the Bounced as other but when I look at the Engagement it shows she opened and clicked on the email. In fact, she emailed me directly asking a question about the event that was the topic of the email.

For some bounce types, such as other, our system will attempt to resend the email after a period of time in case the issue was throttling or other network-related issues. For more info on how bounces occur and how to manage them, make sure to check out our main article on the topic.
