I’m on a paid Standard plan, but my sent emails are still showing a no logo for logo/icon next to the sender name in recipients’ inboxes (not inside the email body/footer). I also don’t see any branding toggle anywhere in the editor or account settings, and the logo cannot be deleted.

You have your own domain, but it looks like you're still using the ccsend rewrite for your emails' authentication. I'd recommend setting your account up for self-authentication.

Beyond the delivery aspects, when the emails are self-authenticated, they will appear to be coming directly from you. Therefore, your relevant logos and icons should appear when sending emails through our system. Keep in mind, this can also be affected by what your contacts have saved in their address books, and will overwrite anything our system or your authentication provides.
