Hi, I've sent out a group email including a URL that I ought not to have shared. Can CC break that link after the email has gone out? Thanks.

Was the link one developed internally? This would be something like a link to a landing page, suvery page, event registration, etc. If so, then yes we can. You'd need to call general support, answer security questions asked to confirm permissions, then our higher level technical team can work to break the URL.

If the link is from an external source (e.g. a cloud drive share URL, the URL for a social page, a video hosting site's URL, etc.) then no we wouldn't be able to break this link.
