can constant contact send text only emails?

You can create a template with just a text block and text, but any emails sent through us (even custom-code emails) will have some formatting included. Therefore purely text-only emails won't be possible. 

Standard plans have access to pre-built templates, which can include three email steps, but only Premium plans will allow full customization of how you want the 3-step setup to be.
