You can't retrieve it once sent. I've done this before (I'm sure everyone has lol).
I just copy the email, make the update, and do a few things:
In the subject line, I put "CORRECTION:" and then the original subject
I put a text box at the very top that says something like "Oops, I messed up! Please note the following corrected link, date, etc., so that right away, they know why this second email went out
Then, I make the correction and make it noticeable by making it red or highlighting it.
Everyone makes mistakes, so I think 99% of recipients are ok with getting a corrected email as long as its not a consistent issue.
