Can I embed a fillable form in an email?

Hello,

I am trying to create an email where the there is fillable space for the recipient. The email I am trying to create is about license renewal and I would like for them to be able to fill out the amount of hours they need and license expiration date without having to open an attachment. Thanks!

Hi @AmberP0314 ,

Unfortunately, our editor does not currently support embedded forms, as most email clients do not support that type of code, so it wouldn't work or load for most recipients. The best option at this time would be to create a lead generation landing page or a survey, and link it using a button within the email campaign. They wouldn't need to download anything, but they would be taken to another page to fill out that form.
