Can I select a different trigger for the third email in an automated series?

Hello,

I have setup an automated series that starts with someone joining the list and then 4-days later they get a second email. What I am wondering is if I can setup a different trigger for a third email based on a link clicked in the 2nd email in the series? It doesn't look like I can add another type of trigger into the series...so I'm thinking it isn't possible.
