Can't select custom segments, only pre-defined when sending campaign

We aren't able to select any custom created segment when selecting the audience in sending out a campaign. Only pre-defined segments show up. This is a major issue for us because we rely on these segments to send content to the correct audience. It's not possible for us to execute our email marketing plan without custom segments.

Is this a known issue?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Our team has identified and resolved a bug that was preventing the selection of custom segments. The issue has been fixed this morning. We appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve this.
