I have done everything to try and change the background of my email using a jpg image. I have followed every step and it just will not change. The old color stays. What is the secret? I expected it to simple change when saved

Hello @JacquelineH4 ,
If you've edited the outer background using the section editor, then that’ll overlap any background edits made in the leftside Design tab.
