Changing Address

A client of mine recently moved to a new location. I changed the address in her account which I thought would change the footer. However, I used a template to send a new email and noticed the old address is still showing.

Do I have to go back and update all templates or is there a shortcut?

Hello KellyBiggs ,

If you copy from a saved template or previously sent email with the old footer address, it'll need to be manually updated. Copies of emails and templates with the new address will reflect that new address.
