There isn't anything in the UI that would explicitly list out a top-40 clickers kind of data. That said, you could go through your sent emails' click reports on an individual basis, and narrow down contacts that regularly click links in your emails. Otherwise, I'd suggest checking your Most Engaged pre-built segment, as click reporting plays heavily into that segment's generation.
