Many people now (under 35 years old) do not have FB.
CC currently does not allow IG to connect unless you own a FB account.
So you are missing out on an entire age demographic by not allowing us to connect our IG account independently.
When will CC allow IG to connect independently?

Due to the way the Meta (which own Facebook and Instagram) API works, your Insta page will need to be connected to your FB business page in order for us to connect to your applicable pages. Make sure to also confirm that the Instagram page is truly a business one, not a creator type.Â

You may also wish to reach out to Facebook or Instagram's support if your business page continues not to show on your Facebook business manager, as there may be some other restriction on either one preventing it from being accessible on our side.
