Constant Contact/CF7 Integration won't populate a new list

Using Contact Form 7 on WordPress and integrated successfully one newsletter form with one CC list. This list gets populated for several months. I created a new list in CC and connected the list to the signup form within WP but the CC list does not receive any contacts. I appreciate your help.
