Contact not appearing in segment

I have a segment with one criterion - that a certain custom field is set. It correctly picks out all the qualifying contacts EXCEPT ONE. I can't see anything about the errant contact that disqualifies it - the custom field is set and actually has the same value as all the contacts that correctly appear on the segment list. Any idea what might be going on??

Hi Chip,

Thanks for messaging me with the details; I took a look at this and the issue is that the missing contact is Unsubscribed. When the Segment Builder goes to refresh a segment, it only includes contacts that you can email/text, so it omits anyone who is Unsubscribed.

If your contact unsubscribed by accident, you can send them a one-time Resubscribe email by following these instructions in the Knowledge Base.
