i upload the e-mail list and try to create segment by contact detail is state, after creating when i save there was no contact found.

Hi @ShahidB12. If you are creating a segment to search for multiple criteria (in this case, it was for multiple states), you will not use ADD. What this does is search for contacts who have all these criteria. Contacts can only have one state per record. Instead of AND, you should use OR.Â
