Create separate SMS opt-in for Wholesale and Retail customer
we have two lists set up, one for retailers customer and one for wholesale customer. Is it possible to do so

If you're using a coded form, and want to have those two lists visible, you can allow the contacts to choose which list they want to sign up. If you're using landing pages, you can setup separate links for SMS signees to select.

You can also manually assign SMS contacts to different lists during import or while managing them on the Contacts page.
