By default, the editor and our overall system make sure the emails are able to be easily rearranged and read by most email programs coded for mobile compatibility. You can do previews of your email in mobile view, as well as test send to yourself and others. I'd also advise taking a look at some of the following articles which go into some of the nuances when it comes to structuring emails for mobile friendliness:
