Can I create a new list from existing customers on a previous list?Ā If so, how do I do this?

You can create a new list on the main Lists tab of the Contacts dashboard, then move / add contacts to it. You can also create a list from the add-to-list pop-up page as well. You can also move contacts in an email or other campaign report, if available, into lists (select the contacts, Actions > Add to list).
