Deactivate a user
If I deactivate a user who has left the company will the content created by the user (campaigns, templates, uploaded images and documents, etc.) still be available to my other users?

Yes, content - contact lists, campaigns, library uploads, etc. - that they've contributed to the account will still be available after their user profile is deactivated.
