Every time I get a notice to unsubscribe someone I go to the contacts and find them and hit action to delete. It always says "You can't do this action", however I believe it has actually deleted the contact.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! The message you are receiving is that you cannot undo this action, which means once a contact is deleted we can't restore it unless you manually upload the contact back into the account. Thank you!Â
