Deleting people who unsubscribed after an email campaign

Hi, How do I delete people who unsubscribed after an email campaign? When I click on the "unsubscribe" report of the email campaign, I can't select them to delete them. I tried uploading them to a list specifically to delete them, but I'm not allowed. We have to do a lot of manual reviews of our contacts, so I'm trying to target only those unsubscribed from that particular campaign. Thank you, L
