Does 4:3 image for Instagram really work through Constant Contact?
I have read the CC knowledge base that says the external dimension of an Instagram post is 4:3, 1080 x 1350 pixels. I have done exactly that, but when I try to use it for a Social Media post for Instagram, CC says to make it between 1:19 to 4:3, and refuses to send my post. So I have to go back to 1080 x 1080 to get it through, but that gets cropped on Instagram. Any suggestions?
