Does adding SMS to your services increase your number of Contacts?
Does adding SMS text contacts add to the number of Contacts you already have in your account? For example, let's say I have a Contact list of 100 and one of those Contacts is Mr. Smith. If we start using SMS services and Mr. Smith signs up to use SMS services, does that mean our Contact list will now be 101, or will it stay 100 because it is the same individual?

A contact is determined by their unique email address. If any of your existing email contacts are also imported SMS contacts they'd still count as a singular contact. The only new imports adding to your contacts total would be the SMS contacts that weren't already email contacts.Â
