I created an email invitation and want to keep all of the contacts on the list but there are a few I wish to leave out for this mailing. How do I use the list without sending to everyone on that list?

There are a few ways you can go about this, depending on the data you have for your contacts. Your options are:
Segmentation - if there's a common element between the contacts you don't want to send to, that can be filtered out, you can use segmentation to have our system filter those out. Once the segment is finished processing, you can send your email to it.
Tag filtering - If the contacts you don't want to send the email to are tagged (or not) in a particular way, you can set up a tag filter when scheduling the email.
Manually remove the contacts - If there's nothing that would allow for the unwanted contacts to be segmented or tag-filtered out, then you can copy your list, then manually remove the unwanted contacts from that copy.
