Dont understand how getting contacts works

   I am Lizzy.i am new here. And I went through the videos for the contacts and email. I want to know if I will have to use the contacts I have on my phone or new ones have to be generated and how can I do that.

   Also how do u schedule for my onboarding call.thks so much
