My question is with same contacts on a mailing list for an email that was sent two weeks apart: So why such a difference in Proxy Opens in two weeks?
1) Why is my most recent email so low with the “Confirmed Opens” versus email on same topic sent 2 weeks ago?
2) Why is Proxy opens so much higher now than two weeks ago email?
3) When I look at All Opens by contact, it doesn’t show they opened email. Only contacts with Confirmed Opens show Engagement.

CONFIRMED OPENS: 288 (14.9%)
PROXY OPENS: 751
*Email Sent TWO WEEKS AGO:
ALL OPENS: 1,121 (58.2%)
CONFIRMED OPENS: 1,094 (56.8%)
PROXY OPENS: 27
