Email campaign indexing
Is there a way of creating a clickable index within an email campaign that can take a user from an initial section of an email to a section further down, such as the clickable indexes that one finds in some web-based books?

It sounds like you're looking for anchor links and at this time, it is not an available feature. Many email clients in recent years have disabled anchor link capabilities in their experiences, so it's not a feature we have included in the most recent updates of our product. We're always collecting feedback and interest from our users, though, so I'd still be happy to forward your desire to our developers.
