Email not sending

This is my first time using Constant Contact and after following the procedures, i was notified i my email can't be scheduled because of the status of my account

Hi @user169354. Your account is under review. Accounts in this state cannot send emails until they speak with our Account Review team. We are not able to conduct these reviews in the Community. Please contact our Account Review team for further assistance.
