Has anyone sent a campaign email out to contacts and within the email asked for response to upcoming meeting - customer can select (1 of 3 choices - will attend, will not attend. Maybe)

You can utilize RSVP blocks within emails, link to a survey, or link to an event to confirm any of these elements. Which you utilize will depend on what info you want to collect, how you want the meeting organized, and/or how simplistic you want the responses to be.
