How do I edit the consent disclaimer text on an embedded form?

My embedded form says this at the bottom:

By submitting this form, you are consenting to receive organization from: XXXXX You can revoke your consent to receive emails at any time by using the SafeUnsubscribe® link, found at the bottom of every email.

"to receive organization from.." doesn't make sense, can someone correct this to say "to receive emails from..." ?

Hello @Cure-CMD ,

It looks like that word is what was selected in your account settings. To edit the fine print wording, you can do so in My Settings under the Organization Information section.
