error every time I try to schedule an instagram post

My instagram page is a business page, and it is connected to our facebook page.

Every time I schedule a post to both, it posts on facebook, but not instragram. I am unsure what to do at this point.

I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting the instagram page, and it still gives me an error.
