Error message: Whoops! Something's not quite right

I am unable to import products from Woocommerce. Any ideas?

To clarify, I am creating an email campaign, and the Woocommerce Action Block does not find any products when I click "Add Product". I see the following error message: "We couldn't access your WooCommerce products at this time. Please close this message and try again."

Hello @WayneB998,

 

We've seen this error message before. It seems to be due to our API call to WooCommerce timing out temporarily or taking too long to connect. We have plans to fix this by pulling in the products a different way. In the meantime, we've seen most people have success by just trying again. If you make another attempt are you able to get it to work this time?
