If you have a table setup in your email that can accommodate the number of cells you're bringing over, you can copy and paste into the table.
If your sheet goes beyond a table's maximum number of rows/columns, then your other options are:
Include a screenshot of the table as an image in your email.
Upload the spreadsheet to your library, and then link that document in your email.
