I can't seem to add my personal fb account. I was able to connect my business account but would like the other one also. Can you help solve the problem?

Facebook does not allow connections to personal Facebook accounts, only business ones. Facebook does this predominantly as a safety measure for their users, and does not typically grant 3rd party access to their API for a personal account for any reasons. For additional information, I'd advise reaching out to Facebook's support.
