Finding duplicate contacts
Is there a way to digitally compare the contact list on constant contact and a separate list to look for duplicates without having to manually go one by one?

You could use segmentation to find contacts that might exist on multiple specific lists. Simply set the parameters to List Membership > select the specific list AND List Membership > select the specific list.
