first email blast (TEST)

I'm sending out my first email blast and testing it with a few people I know. When they receive the email, the body (which is an image) appears collapsed or hidden. Is there a way to prevent this from happening? Any help quick would be appreciated.

Hello RobinL201 ,

This would mainly depend on two factors:
1) The settings on the receiving side
2) The sheer length of the image

Some email programs will collapse or skew images and other email elements if an email is excessively long by their standards, which then forces the recipient to click a link to display the email in a special view procured by the email program. Similarly, if an email program requires that images be manually approved for download/visibility as a security precaution, it'll prevent the images from displaying.
