We have some records that cannot be viewed (MS Edge or Chrome), though they are viewable via the app(?). These need to be viewable by desktop so I need to delete and recreate the record. When trying to view on desktop, I get a blank window that cannot be x'ed out, and I need to back out of the tab.
We also have some records where the email has been changed, which are occasionally (and unpredictably) being sent by the system to the old email address and are returned as "blocked."
We checked that there is no "forwarding" being applied (chat bot suggestion). Note that the strikethrough emails were the old emails yet are the ones selected for attempted delivery(?!). The current emails are displayed but were NOT the emails selected for delivery(!?).
Chat bot also said not to edit email address, and to create a new one(?). This is a royal pain in the neck, because the records contain a multitude of tags. Which means I have to create each record individually.
These system malfunctions need to be fixed. One SHOULD be able to edit the email without these concerns. And one should expect that records will not get corrupted. (Note that the corrupt records are being accurately selected for the campaigns.)
My question: will I be able to delete then recreate the records without additional problems?
